		<description>Jerry, that&#039;s a good question that I don&#039;t have an answer to. I don&#039;t guess the guy would have inflated his salary, but you never know. It&#039;s disappointing on both sides that they couldn&#039;t figure out a way to establish some trust and trustworthiness in the hiring process, because I know it would have been a win for both of them.</description>

Why did Ralph say no?  Had he inflated his salary info on the application or during the interview?  

To me - this is somewhat like the guy maintaining that a pre-employment drug screen is an invasion of his privacy - or some violation of his rights.</description>
